The Art of living Programme The Art Of Living Programme was conducted between 20th to 25th September, 2005 at CBPOP office seminar hall in Vasanthnagar, Bangalore. This was done based on the request of UNITES – Professionals members as they felt gives a lasting transformation in life at all levels – physical, mental, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual. All this was achieved by unique teaching methodology developed by AOL which includes team building exercise, basic yoga, good posture building techniques, breathing techniques, sharing of personal experiences.Participants freely interacted and told about their stress level at work place challenges faced and how they felt this programme helped them.
Free Computer Training Classes at Bangalore in association with Bangalore Mahnagara Palika(BMP) 150 youth from economically weaker background are being trained in both software & hardware. This is a six month course which will allow them to enter the employment market with all required skills.
